Restaurante Ambiente
Traditional Catalan and Mediterranean cooking, with the occasional note of fusion. The classics are treated as a starting point rather than a rule, so a dish you know arrives tasting like something you do not.
Ambiente opened in August 2022. It serves house guests and anyone else who books a table, from first coffee to the last course of the evening.

The kitchen does not close between services.
Snacks and starters are served all day.
Monday to Sunday. Dogs are welcome at terrace tables.
Children are welcome at every table. The adults-only rule applies to the rooms, not the restaurant.

Breakfast
Served from 08:30 to noon, inside or out. Late enough that a slow start is not a problem.
The main menu
Catalan and Mediterranean plates for lunch and dinner, changing with what the coast and the season give.
Room service
A shorter card, brought up to the room when you would rather not come down.

The terrace
Under the awning, with the sea in earshot.
The terrace runs along the front of the house, shaded through the middle of the day and opened up in the evening. It is also where private dinners and celebrations happen - the room can be closed off entirely.
